I have done numerous renovations in an foreclosures properties in New Milford, Southbury, Danbury and Westport. In these cases, my clients were remodeling to sell the house. I have done full rehabs with new kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring (wood or hardwood), new fixtures and vanities, install water heaters, gas lines for cook tops and stoves, installed electrical outlets throughout so that appliances can be plugged in. If a room needed to be painted I also did that.
